About Dr Fenton
Dr Fenton is a highly regarded general and preventative adult cardiologist. He has extensive training and experience in acute and emergency cardiac conditions, preventative cardiology, coronary artery disease, echocardiography and valvular heart disease.
He graduated from Sydney University in 1976 completing his training at Sydney Hospital, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Westmead Hospital. He is a Visiting Medical Officer at The Sydney Adventist Hospital and holds membership of the Royal Australian College of Physicians and Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand and is a Fellow of The American College of Cardiology.
Dr Fenton has a strong interest in continuing professional education and is an invited speaker, chairperson and panellist at national and international conferences. For many years he has been facilitating high quality and widely respected national and international educational events in cardiology.
He is a passionate advocate of a healthy diet and lifestyle and is currently involved in several ongoing collaborative research projects on the subject. He is committed to providing the best cardiac care possible and has a loyal following of patients dating back well over 30 years.
About Dr Jones
Dr Michael Jones is an experienced cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist. He is a graduate of the University of Melbourne, having undertaken advanced cardiology training at the Monash Medical Centre and St Vincent’s hospital in Sydney.
Dr Jones has extensive experience in cardiac electrophysiology, cardiac device implantation and complex ablation having practiced at the Royal Jubilee Hospital (British Columbia, Canada) and the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford (UK). He conducted a wide range of clinical research studies in ablation and cardiac resynchronisation device therapy. He is a Visiting Medical Officer at the Royal North Shore Private Hospital and is a member of the Royal Australian College of Physicians.
Dr Jones performs a broad range of electrophysiology procedures and device implantation, with a particular interest in atrial fibrillation ablation and cardiac device implantation (pacemakers, cardiac defibrillators, and implantable loop recorders).
